Sweatpants have become a thing since quarantine. We’ve managed to become creative with loungewear. We dress it up, we dress it down, and we style loungewear to however we’re feeling at the time. I personally have enjoyed lounging in sweatpants, until Nike introduced us to a new sweatsuit that comes with wide legs pants.

I first laid eyes on it during Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and was able to purchase the black one before it sold out. It also came in green, beige, and gray. One reason I love this sweatsuit so much is because I was able to dress it up. Check out how I styled it below.

Tips for Styling

Buy Oversized

Usually I wear a Medium in sweatshirts, sweatpants, or any similar styles. While I still bought the pants in a Medium, the sweatshirt is a XXL. I wanted it to be oversized in case I wanted to wear it with leggings. This also gave me enough room to tuck in the sweatshirt because it is also a crop top.

Accessorize

The more accessories the better! Because this is a somewhat “chunky” sweatsuit, I wanted bold and chunk jewelry. I love gold jewelry so I paired this with two gold chains and wore a gold watch over the sweatsuit (just for styling). I also suggest bold necklaces like link chains or a herringbone necklace. I also carried a tote bag to pull this look off.
